Capabilities

Construction

Construction for the scale and demands of your project.

We deliver civil, industrial and infrastructure works, from foundations and structures through the integration of installations and handover of the contracted scope. We work on new sites, extensions and adaptations of existing assets.

We organise delivery with regard to site conditions, supply availability, construction sequence and the client’s operating requirements. Every engagement begins with a defined scope, identified responsibilities and agreed acceptance criteria.

Coordinated delivery. Control at every stage.

Construction planning and preparation

We review available documentation, access routes, clashes and site constraints. We define work fronts, sequences, resources and supply requirements. At operating facilities, we coordinate interventions with restrictions on circulation, production and site availability.

Foundations and structures

We construct foundations, concrete structures, retaining elements, slabs and pavements. We coordinate geometry, levels, reinforcement, anchors and embedded elements with the requirements of equipment, installations and subsequent construction stages.

Storage and containment structures

We undertake silos, bulk storage cells, storage facilities and liquid containment structures. In water plants, treatment facilities and concrete biodigesters, construction incorporates the specific requirements for watertightness, joints, cracking and exposure established by the design. These structures require design, materials and construction quality to be considered together.

Supplies and integration of installations

We plan the supply of materials and components in line with the construction programme. We coordinate interfaces between structures, equipment and installations, including dimensions, supports, access, connections and erection sequences within the contracted scope.

Extensions and adaptations

We work on existing infrastructure to add capacity, change uses or meet service needs. Planning considers the condition of elements to be retained, connections to the new works and the conditions necessary to execute each stage.

Completion, verification and handover

We organise inspections, tests and outstanding remedial work before acceptance. We assemble as-built documentation, quality records and the information needed to use and maintain the completed works. Commissioning support is included when it forms part of the assignment.

Information to guide construction

Progress tracking covers physical completion, milestones, critical supplies, changes and deviations from the programme. Decisions are linked to their effects on scope, costs and schedules.

Deliverables are defined at the outset and may include construction programmes, progress reports, inspection and test records, change documentation and as-built drawings.

The aim is for the client to understand what has been completed, what remains and which decisions need to be made.

Let’s define how to deliver your next construction project.

Share the location, type of infrastructure, available documentation and execution conditions. We will assess the construction scope and the organisation needed to deliver it.
